About

Our founder, Sandra Hall, loves assisting others to create spaces they enjoy. After providing decades of community social work (and a few years of art direction for independent films), Sandra pivoted her career to decluttering assistance and online reselling. The variety of Pickle's Pick-Ups services allows Sandra to blend her expertise and passions. (She also loves her dog, thrift shopping, reselling, and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.)

Pricing and Discounts

Sandra offers a free 15-minute video consultation for all services.

Hourly Labor Rates (10% Discount for cash Payments; Two hours minimum, pro-rated in 15 minute increments thereafter):

• Decluttering: $150 [Add Second Decluttering Staff: $75 (primarily available Fridays and Saturdays)]

• Online Selling Services: $130

• On-site Support for People with Hoarding Disorder: $225
  
  

  $25 additions each (per day of project):

• Project destination is further than 15 miles from 94122.

• Staff provide trash bags and cleaning supplies (no vacuum) for decluttering project. (optional)

• Staff drop off one carload of donations directly after decluttering project. (optional)

  
  Available Discounts:

• 10% labor discount for clients who pay cash! (ie Two hours of decluttering with one staff: $270!)

• 5% labor discount for returning clients!

An itemized estimate must be approved over email to secure booking. Signature and full payment required on day of booking. Itemized receipts will be emailed to client at the end of each project. Projects that take more than one day will be included on single receipt.

Mutual Respect
Pickle Staff recognize that allowing someone into your space may bring up anxiety or shame. We approach each project with good nature and non-judgmental support. We are with you to accomplish your goals. Rest assured, apologies or explanations about your space are not needed. (How you got here is none of our business.) Our goal is to make every client feel safe, respected and comfortable.

We expect the same courtesy from our clients. Pickle Staff embody and celebrate diversity. We are deeply committed to anti-racism, and support of the LGBTQ+ community and other targets of oppression. We understand that some of our clients may feel differently. We will not be discussing our political views nor expect alignment, only respect.

We do not anticipate concerns yet do reserve the right to end a project early for any reason. In such cases, clients will be entitled to timely refund for any portion of pre-paid time not provided. If a client ends a project early, there will be no refunds. Any portion of pre-paid time not utilized may be credited toward a future project.
